Nscale Raises $2B Series C at $14.6B Valuation in What Company Calls Largest European Round

UK AI infrastructure company Nscale closed a $2 billion Series C at a $14.6 billion post-round valuation, with Nvidia among confirmed participants, a syndicate composition that signals strategic corporate positioning, not just venture capital appetite.

Two billion dollars. That’s what Nscale just raised in a single Series C round, landing a $14.6 billion valuation confirmed by the Wall Street Journal and CNBC.

The round was led by Aker, with Nvidia confirmed as a participant by CNBC. According to the company’s announcement, the round also included Nokia, Lenovo, Citadel, and Dell, though independent verification of those participants beyond Nvidia isn’t available from current reporting. Nscale describes itself as a neocloud provider building AI-optimized data center infrastructure in the UK and Europe.

The investor composition matters more than the headline number. Nvidia’s participation puts a major AI chip supplier directly into the capital stack of a European cloud infrastructure company that will consume its products. Dell and Lenovo, if confirmed, would extend that logic, enterprise hardware players investing in the infrastructure tier that drives demand for their own products. This isn’t a venture bet; it’s vertical integration through the equity market. Aker’s involvement adds a sovereign-adjacent industrial dimension that’s less common in pure-play tech rounds.

Nscale states this is the largest Series C ever raised in Europe. That claim comes from the company and its advisers, not from an independent tracker, but the number alone puts it in rare territory regardless of the ranking.

For enterprise technology buyers and investors tracking AI infrastructure buildout, the signal here is structural: capital at this scale, from this mix of investors, validates European neocloud as a category, not just a geography.
