Arbitration: For disputes under $25,000, both parties may elect binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration conducted in Lansing, Michigan or virtually by mutual agreement. Each party bears their own costs unless the arbitrator rules otherwise. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
