LiteLLM, an LLM API gateway widely used in AI development pipelines, was targeted by the TeamPCP supply chain attack (SCC-CAM-2026-0121) with malicious code injected into its packages or repository artifacts. Any build pipeline that pulled affected LiteLLM versions may have exposed cloud credentials, API tokens, and LLM provider keys to attacker-controlled infrastructure. Suspend automated installs, verify package integrity via hash against vendor advisories, and immediately rotate all API keys and credentials accessible from affected build environments.
