Anthropic’s Claude platform is implicated in two active abuse campaigns: Claude Artifacts is being used to host malicious pages and distribute MacSync macOS malware via Google Ads redirects to claude.ai infrastructure, and the Claude Chrome Extension was identified as a browser session hijacking surface in the ChatGPhish disclosure. Neither issue involves a patched software vulnerability — both exploit legitimate Claude platform features. Organizations permitting employee access to Claude or deploying the Claude Chrome Extension on managed devices have active exposure with no vendor patch to apply.
