Audit your acceptable use policies against government contract requirements. Where do your published guardrails or acceptable use restrictions conflict with government “any lawful use” frameworks? Identify those conflicts before a procurement officer does.

Review how your policies are constructed. The Anthropic case was brought on APA grounds, the government didn’t follow proper process. That’s a procedural win.
